FAQs

Where can I change the language?

When you start your first game, you will be asked which of the available languages you wish to use. You can change this language in the “options” menu later. Tap on the gear icon on the upper right; you can change the language here. Please note, we intend to add more and more languages in the future.

How can I get more cash?

Simply convert cash in the Coin Shop by spending coins. Alternatively, you can buy start packages in the Money Shop; these contain cash, coins and offline bonus time.

How can I get more offline bonus time?

You can purchase additional offline bonus time in the In-App area in the Shop or buy one of the packages containing cash, coins and offline bonus time.

Is it possible to continue my game progress when playing on additional devices?

Currently, no. Initially, we want to keep things simple for all users for now by not adding new accounts to play on and not using large clouds to handle them.

I want to reset the game. How can I do this?

If you want to reset the game, please delete all data of the game in the settings. You can also uninstall the game and install it new. Store purchases which were done in Coins will not be restored. All non consumable In-App purchases which were purchased should be normally restored.

How can I get more coins?

You can buy coin packages or start packages In the Shop; these contain cash, coins and offline bonus time.

When can I hire a manager to help me?

This will be possible when you own building no. 3.

Can I restore my progress if I uninstall the app?

This is a feature we want to include in the future. Until then, all progress in the game will be deleted if you uninstall/delete the app from your mobile device. That also means that consumable items (such as coins you have bought) will be deleted. Only non-consumable items (decorations or offline bonus time you have bought, for example) will normally be restored after a new installation (this should work automatically on Google; on iOS, you can restore these features with a button in the “options” menu).
